Take a stroll around a first-of-its-kind 'micro-mansion’ village in New Mexico

An innovative company will soon be bringing a tiny home resort in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
StoryBrook Crest Resort Community is a project being developed by the owners of Piney Pods, versatile buildings that can be used as tiny homes, guest homes, storage sheds and more. The community will be made up entirely of the Piney Pod homes nestled in 7 acres of the Sacramento Mountains. The group boasts the first tiny home condominium resort in New Mexico.

The community is expected to be made up of 21 "micro-mansions" and has 42 different 650 square-foot condominium styles to choose from. Each will be tailored to the future owner's preferences. Storybrook promises a safely gated community environment with open kitchens, dining rooms, a gym and eco-friendly appliances.

Owners of either the micro-mansions or condominiums will be considered tenants in common as well as have the opportunity to become full owners or renters of a home. Residents can enjoy local attractions, including the Lincoln National Forest, the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino, Spencer Theater, and golf courses.
A date of expected completion has yet to be posted, but take a peek of the project in the video below:
