1. Craftsman-style home with vaulted ceiling from Houseplans
This charming Craftsman design comes in at a manageable 940 square feet (87 square meters) and has plenty of curb appeal. The home is entered through a set of terrace doors on the front porch, which open straight into the dining area. The U-shaped kitchen is off to the left, and the large great room featuring a fireplace is on the right. Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a tub are found at the back of the home, and both bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings.
2. Open concept design with second-floor bedroom from ePlans
At a 923 square feet (86 square meters), this design is unique in that it includes a second-floor bedroom. Downstairs, the open concept dining area and great room are found on the right-hand side of the home.
