The Denali is a luxurious park model home from Utopia Villas of Oak Creek, Wis. A park model home is a trailer-style recreational vehicle that is designed to provide temporary accommodation, typically for seasonal or recreational purposes. One of the restrictions of a park model is that it cannot be any larger than 400 square feet in space (37 square meters).
Utopia Villas states that the company was formed in 2014 as an offshoot of Vertical Works, Inc. The founder, Justin Kreger, desired to provide high quality, luxurious recreational vehicles for vacation home getaways. The Denali takes all 400 square feet (37 square meters) of space and puts it to use to provide a five-star experience for escaping on vacation.
Custom built Merillat cabinets are used throughout the house. The breakfast wraparound bar doubles as both counter space and the eating area of the home.
The house is designed with ample Pella windows, letting in plenty of sunlight no matter where you are in the house. The living room has enough room for a comfortable couch and flat screen TV.
Above the kitchen, the loft can act as either a second bedroom or a play area.
There's also another bedroom in the main floor.
A roomy shower with full tiling takes up part of the bathroom. A flush toilet and a large sink and countertop keep this space from being too tiny.
The plans for the Denali show two lower decks, one on each end of the house. An upper deck is also included. Those who stay in this home have plenty of space to go outside and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. With the beautiful interior and great outdoor space, this home would truly be a "Utopia Villa," a place where you can escape from the pressures of life.
