Inside, the home feels much bigger than it appears. Double French doors lead to sleek interiors with hand-scraped laminate flooring and white T+G wall paneling. A removable ladder leads up to a storage area above. Large sliding windows let light flood into the space.
A storage staircase leads to the sleeping loft, which reaches over three feet high at the center, so there is room to sit up in bed. Windows on three sides let you wake up to the sun, and the ceiling features 4-by-4 attractive cedar beams. A chic cedar railing adds safety and style near the foot of the bed.
Over the central area, 1o-foot ceilings make the space feel large and open. An electric recessed wall fan heater is discreetly tucked above the window. Cedar and white makes for a clean color palette that doesn't overwhelm the small space. In the kitchen, a full-size fridge means you don't have to skimp on leftovers.
The kitchen also features a dishwasher, apron-front sink with Moen faucet and full oven and stovetop. Butcher block veneer countertops offer a chic and functional accent. Exposed cedar roof beams lend farmhouse style above. The sleek winding staircase leading to the loft features storage in each step.
The bathroom continues white wood panel siding complemented by a frosted-glass window. The Moen faucet accompanies a square vessel sink atop a sleek espresso vanity. Homes come with a traditional flush toilet with the option of a composting toilet. There is also a full-sized shower with glass door opposite the sink.

On the exterior, beveled cedar siding is stained an espresso hue. The durable metal roof is crafted from Westform Metals and can be created in an array of colors. Siding can also be painted in varying hues. Homeowners can add on an optional fold-down exterior deck for outdoor entertaining. All Mint homes arrive on new custom trailers so moving is a cinch.
