Simplicity rules in this 416 square foot (39 square meters) design from Houseplans, which would be perfect for a narrow lot. A small kitchen is located off to the right, as is a small bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is located at the back of the home, and this is where the laundry closet is found.
5. Unique octagonal design from ePlans.
Coming in at 902 square feet (84 square meters), this unique design from ePlans provides almost panoramic views of the surrounding areas thanks to a large window in every room. The front door opens into the great room; a central hub in this space holds a fireplace, a pantry, a linen closet, extra shelving, and the washing machines.
