The bottom floor of the boat consists of a living/sitting room as well as a kitchen. The living room offers a sumptuous purple sectional, cherry wood coffee table, storage shelves and a media center. A ladder takes you to the top floor of the boat where the bedroom is located.
The kitchen consists of gorgeous PaperStone countertops, a gas cooktop, microwave, sink, refrigerator and stunning maple custom cabinets. Drawers, cabinets, and an oversized pantry provide plenty of storage space. The houseboat also includes washer and dryer hookups.
A pretty wall fireplace keeps everyone warm on those chilly seaside nights, and it looks spectacular, too!
The media center hides a flip-up television, creating additional space.
The bottom floor bathroom is a full bath that features a garden tub, stand-up shower, sink and toilet.
Climb the ladder to the top floor to see the spacious master bedroom, with a queen bed that has built-in storage drawers under the mattress.
