You might think that tiny homes don't have enough room for a dining table, let alone a dining room, but that's not necessarily true! Many tiny homes have eat-in kitchens or breakfast bars in lieu of dining rooms, but not all of them.
There are plenty of floor plans out there that allow for sit-down family dinners if they're a priority for you. If you still don't think tiny homes can have room for a dining room, take a look through these designs and see for yourself!

1. Cozy cottage with plenty of windows from Floorplans.
At 817 square feet (76 square meters), this design from Floorplans features a cozy wood stove in the living room and vaulted ceilings all throughout the shared living space. Two bedrooms are located at the back of the home, and they share access to a linen closet and a bathroom with a tub. The front of the home is taken up with the living room, kitchen, and dining room, which look out over the sundeck through a set of large windows.
2. Two bedroom bungalow from Family Home Plans.
This house from Family Home Plans measures 912 square feet (85 square meters), and it's divided down the middle with shared living space on the left and private living space on the right. The home can be entered either through the living room or the dining room, which are located on either side of the kitchen. A small laundry room is located directly across from the kitchen, right beside the entrance to the bathroom. Two bedrooms are also found on this side of the home, and the master bedroom has a separate entrance to the shared bathroom through a walk-in closet.

Designed by Beaver Homes and Cottages, this plan comes in at 936 square feet (87 square meters). Cathedral ceilings make this space feel nice and airy, and the dining room is located right off the family room. There is a bathroom with a tub directly behind the dining room, and two bedrooms are found on the right-hand side of the home.

This two bedroom design from Family Home Plans measures 864 square feet (80 square meters). When you pass through the front door, you'll find yourself in a hallway that leads to both bedrooms as well as to a bathroom. Follow the hall to the right, and you'll pass by the laundry area on the way to the kitchen. The living room takes up the front right corner of the home, and the dining room is tucked away in the back right corner with access to the backyard.

Measuring 994 square feet (92 square meters), this home from Floorplans boasts a large master bedroom with a double closet as well as a second, smaller bedroom. Both rooms share access to a spacious bathroom that has a tub as well as a shower. The living room and kitchen are found on the right side of the home, and the kitchen features an island with a breakfast bar. The dining room is found in a private nook on the far right with a lovely bay window to bring in natural light.

Found on ePlans, this 984 square feet (91 square meters) cottage has a snack bar in the kitchen in addition to the formal dining room. The front door opens to reveal a vaulted great room with a cozy fireplace and a large, charming window. Behind this room is the dining room, which leads straight through to the kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are found on the right-hand side of the home, as is a laundry closet.

Step up onto the spacious front porch, and enter a living room with a cozy fireplace. Turn left to access the dining room or continue straight down the hallway to find both bedrooms and both bathrooms. The kitchen and the breakfast booth are in the back left corner of the home, and they can be reached through either the dining room or the hallway.
