1. Quaint Tudor cottage from Family Home Plans
This cute little cottage from Family Home Plans measures just 484 square feet (45 square meters). A kitchen and a cozy dining nook are found on the left side of the home, and a little laundry closet just off the dining nook leads to the bathroom. The living room leads to a lovely outdoor terrace with a built-in storage space, and the bedroom at the back of the house features a sizable closet.
2. Charming vintage-style cottage from Architectural Designs
At 965 square feet (90 square meters), this cottage from Architectural Designs is practically dripping with vintage charm. The steep gable roof and the gingerbread ornamentation look like something straight out of a fairy tale! The first floor is taken up with a two-story living room, a dining room with a cozy window seat, and a kitchen with a handy pass-through that provides access to both other rooms. Upstairs you can find the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, which shares a full bathroom with the loft area that overlooks the living room.
3. Single-floor studio design from ePlans
Measuring only 300 square feet (28 square meters), this cozy little cabin from ePlans would make the perfect hideaway for a single person or a couple. The studio-style living area has a kitchenette and plenty of space for a bed, as well as a lovely fireplace. A walk-in closet can be found right off the kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a large shower is located in the back of the house.
4. Cottage that can sleep six from Max House Plans
Measuring 804 square feet (77 square meters), this design from Max House Plans can sleep up to six people if necessary. This design from House Plans measures 878 square feet (82 square meters), but it's entirely on one floor. Enter through the porch, and on the left you'll find an open concept dining and living area that leads to a cute little kitchen. A full bathroom is found right off the entryway, and a large master bedroom is located at the back of the house. A second bedroom and a study on the right hand side round out the design!
6. One-bedroom abode with vaulted ceilings from Architectural Designs
This tiny little cottage from Architectural Designs measures only 544 square feet (51 square meters), but the vaulted ceilings make the home feel much larger than it is. The open concept living area has a kitchenette as well as a corner fireplace, and the bedroom has plenty of space for a large bed. The full bathroom in the back right of the house has space for a stand-up shower and a linen closet, and this is also where the laundry area is found.
7. Two-bedroom Gothic revival cottage from ePlans
This charming cottage from ePlans comes in at 896 square feet (83 square meters), and the entire first floor is dedicated to a living room, kitchen, and dining area. A self-standing staircase separates the kitchen from the living room, and a small laundry area is tucked away behind the stairs as well. A small bathroom can be found directly across from the stairs. The second floor of the house is divided into two bedrooms, which share access to a second bathroom.
