From the outside, this converted container home looks like something you might see in a museum. But once you step inside, you'll see that this colorful, funky container is actually a charming 160-square-foot micro home. Rhino Cubed creates its container homes to make art you can actually live in – efficient, portable homes that make an artistic statement.
The Zulu Queen, which offers a clean, bright interior, features a functional kitchen that boasts a refrigerator, sink, two-burner cooktop and plenty of IKEA cabinets that store food, plates or cookware. Hardwood floors add a polished look to the space.

A living space with two chairs and a table are tucked under a loft that contains a twin-sized bed. This arrangement maximizes space and provides more room for relaxing and a comfortable sleeping space.
As far as power goes, the Zulu Queen offers a solar generator. There's also water storage and a water disposal system, along with a water collection roof. The energy-efficient home includes double pane windows, insulation and the ability to operate on or off the grid. LED lighting provides interior light.
The purpose of the home, aside from efficient housing, is also to function as a piece of art. That's evident in the exterior, which offers sculptural additions, colorful, bold paint and intricate designs.
Beautiful plants give the exterior an added cheeriness and a pop of color.
This model is just one of several that Rhino Cubed offers. The upgraded edition of the Zulu Queen features a small bathroom. You can also have Rhino customize your home as you desire with different add-ons for various prices, such as electricity, a built-in bed or other amenities.
