Tour this '69 Airstream: You'll want to move in

Nathalie and Louis live and travel full-time in their 1969 Airstream Globetrotter along with pup Parker. The couple has been on the road in their self-renovated camper (Louis is an experienced carpenter) for nearly three years, and they're soon to have one more traveler as Nathalie is expecting this spring.
Always "boondocking" where they can find free camp spots, the family zips around new locations on their motorcycle (Parker the border collie in tow) before returning to their cozy home. Louis has made sure every inch of the space has a purpose, and Nathalie decorated in her signature bohemian style.

The front dinette area of the Airstream serves as lounging, eating, and additional sleeping space.
A built-in bookshelf stows the latest reads for the bibliophile couple. The cleverly built benches offer added storage space. Nathalie sourced Mexican blankets on Amazon and graphic throw pillows from Target.
Contemporary drawer pulls from Anthropologie add a touch of style to kitchen cabinetry. Vintage windows abound in the space, letting in light and views from the couple's latest camping spot to enjoy reading, working, or playing games.
Choosing a layout was easy, Nathalie remembers. Most importantly, the couple wanted a window above the sink to take in the view while doing dishes. A handy kitchen wall organizer keeps cooking items at hand next to the sink, stove, and burners. Copper measuring cups and a teal tea kettle from Amazon lend both style and function. A small refrigerator is stowed across the way.
A built-in platform bed is tucked into the far back corner of the Airstream, with a skylight above to let in the view. Custom wood slats next to the bed (which borders the bathroom) offers the perfect ledges to display family photos. Throw pillows from Target tie in the dinette's boho style.
Having a shower and bathroom was a priority for the couple, who built a shower stall with hexagonal style next to the sleeping area. To conserve water (especially in desert locations), they shower about twice a week and use a composting toilet.

At the end of the bed, a countertop is the perfect size to fit their new baby's Moses basket. The couple has recently cleared out their bookshelf area to stash baby items including diapers, burp cloths, and pacifiers.
