This sunny park model feels more like a sprawling farmhouse home inside

This sleek Sherman park model, located in Texas, has all the amenities one could want.
It contains more than 500 square feet of living space with spacious decks on either side. The Sherman park model, featured below, is one of many models made by Recreational Resort Cottages.
Adam and Rebecca are the brains behind Recreational Resort Cottages in Rockwall and Athens, Texas. The duo founded the company in 2007 after falling in love with the flexible lifestyle afforded by RV living.

Today, they build an array of traditional park models and tiny towable homes for everyone from winter Texans (also called snowbirds) to full-time tiny home dwellers.
The Sherman model has a unique floor plan where the living room and bedroom have identical layouts.
Here, the front room is used as the living area with ample space for a comfy sofa and small cafe table across the way. Large picture windows reach up to the high ceilings to let in light and views.
In the center of the home, a well-equipped kitchen separates the living space and bedroom. An apron-front sink complements the farmhouse aesthetic, and a fully functioning oven and range allow the homeowners to prepare meals as they would in a traditional home. Across from the sink and range, plenty of sleek cabinetry wears simple white paint in line with the clean color palette.
A full bathroom sits to the left of the kitchen.
Soapstone countertops complement the kitchen's aesthetic, and a double-wide vanity has plenty of space for toiletries and beauty supplies.
A small subway tile backsplash adds to the farmhouse look.
On the other side of the kitchen sits the spacious bedroom, stretching 9 feet and 10 inches by 12 feet and 8 inches. A barn door conceals the closet and plays off of the home's charming farmhouse style. Throughout, light faux wood flooring keeps the color palette light and airy.
Each end of the home features walls of windows surrounded by spacious closed-in decks. The front and rear covered porches are the perfect place to enjoy a picnic on sunny weekends.
