Take a peek inside this 1947 Westwood Coronado: The woodwork is stunning
In a culture characterized by advancing technology, who knew that an old, beat up trailer could turn so many heads? While some might look at at a trailer made in the 1940s and see a lost cause covered in rust, Justin and Anna Scribner see the potential. What started out as a hobby quickly turned into a lifelong passion when the couple opened their shop, Flyte Camp. Flyte Camp is a shop that specializes in the restoration of vintage travel trailers from as early as 1930. Jason Scribner explains, "It was 100 percent craftsmanship back then. They were done by hand, and it didn't matter how long it took. They were true craftsmen and finish woodworkers."
Because so many contemporary RV interiors are covered in plastic, the woodworking is exactly what is so impressive about this 1947 Westwood Coronado. Its interior has been fully restored with birch paneling and fine attention to detail. Flyte Camp's crew handles almost every aspect of the renovation such as framework, metal fabrication, flooring, and plumbing. With such flawless results, Scribner's commitment to craftsmanship is apparent. Get the full tour here.

Peek into a gorgeously colorful Vintage Cruiser – the dining area is a treat
When it comes to RV makeovers and renovations, many travelers around the country are embracing the retro style. Some prefer to search for an authentic trailer from the 1950s and spend weeks or even months on refinishing surfaces and updating appliances before it's livable.
But there is an alternative for those looking for that retro look without having to go through all the extra work. One example is Gulf Stream Coach's Vintage Cruiser, which offers the "The Fun and Style of the 1950s, with the Technology of the 21st Century." Get the full tour here.

Take a look inside this Kenskill Camper: It's cool and blue from the inside out
Whoever said that a monochromatic color scheme had to be boring? Too much of one color is something that many deplore when it comes to remodeling their RVs. With so many campers originally covered top to bottom in browns and tans, we understand the frustration held by color enthusiasts. Too much of certain colors, however, might not necessarily be a bad thing.
This 1963 Kenskill camper trailer is, in fact, covered floor to ceiling in shades of blue. Although freshly remodeled, this camper still maintains its vintage charm. Visit Airbnb and book this camper for an unbelievable $38 per night. Located in the rural village of San Antonio, New Mexico, it is perfect for travelers looking for a quiet and cozy place to rejuvenate. Get the full tour here.

Peek inside this adorable brand-new, retro-style camper: It's the best of both worlds
Are you in love with vintage style but not so much in love with all the little quirks that come with it? Check out the gorgeous interior facelift on this dated pop-up camper
Lisa, the force behind Rice Camp Blog, loves interior design. Her family is working on remodeling its 1970s home, but she wanted more, so she branched out to renovating campers too. Not just any campers, mind you – Lisa loves working with pop-up tent campers specifically. She loves crafting and making things look beautiful, and this hobby helps her do both.
With help from her husband and two children, Lisa has renovated three campers so far. She quickly redid the first two – trailers she named Alvin and George – and easily sold them to eager buyers. Her most recent purchase was a pop-up trailer in excellent condition; she named it Mike after the man who sold it to her. The camper didn't really require any renovations, but what would be the fun in that? Under Lisa's care, it went from standard and dated to stylish and modern in a jiffy. Get the full tour here.

Outdated Pilgrim trailer gets a new life. Tour this bright, cozy home
When Racheal Greenhaw purchased this 2005 International Pilgrim trailer with the intention of living in it, it was drab, dark, and extremely outdated. She was not deterred, though, and with her creativity, skills, and a little elbow grease, she managed to create a beautiful home for herself and her cat. Now the pair live comfortably in this 250 square foot space, and her renovated home on wheels is an inspiration to anyone interested in smaller living.
Rachael started from nothing and created a paradise that is so bright and welcoming. Check out her before and after photos below, and take note of the details; it's those little accents that certainly make all the difference. Get the full tour here.

Step inside Hank the Boler, a tiny sanctuary on wheels
Hank the Boler is a 1974 trailer owned by Mag Doerner of Ontario, Canada. This little egg-shaped trailer was in desperate need of some tender loving care when he came into Doerner's live in May 2017, but thankfully, he was ready, willing and able to provide just that. The transformation of this trailer is nothing short of amazing, and Hank is now the sanctuary it was always meant to be.
Boler trailers were one of the first lightweight trailers and were made in Canada by Ray Olecko from 1968 to 1988. Olecko named his creation the Boler because he thought it looked like a bowler hat, but Boler enthusiasts often refer to them as "The Egg" because of their shape. Bolers are made of fiberglass and were the lightest trailer on the road when they premiered. Get the full tour here.
