You won't believe the custom millwork in this renovated 1966 Greyhound bus

Imagine living in a bus instead of simply commuting in one. This tiny home is a converted 1966 GMC Commuter Greyhound, which boasts a classic body style that lent itself to a small house construction project.
The interior has been completely renovated. An architect designed the interior spaces, and a skilled carpenter finished the immaculate millwork. Today, the space functions as an eco-friendly piece of art and a completely livable, off-the-grid home.

Walls of windows line the space on both sides, flooding the home with natural light throughout the day. LED lighting equipped with dimmers is installed throughout, along rich new hardwood flooring.
At the center of the bus, a modern and roomy kitchen is equipped with lots of storage. A large sink is accompanied by wooden countertops and a full oven and stovetop.
Next to the kitchen space, the bathroom features a standing shower, compostable toilet and floating white ceramic sink.
One of two sleeping areas, this cozy sleeping space at the back of the bus is large enough for a queen-sized mattress. Large closets with full mirrors are next to the bedroom, offering ample clothing storage across from a cozy reading nook. Antiques and collectables found during the homeowner's travels line deep windowsill along the side of the bus.

At the front of the bus, a cushioned sofa can be transformed into a second sleeping area, which pulls out into a queen-sized bed. A portrait of the owner's dog hangs above for a personal touch.
