This couple bought an empty trailer and from there built the tiny home of their dreams

Can all of a person's dreams really come true in a tiny house that can be pulled behind and truck and moved around the country? Doesn't a person need roots and a large home?
Nicolette and Michael decided to go all out and buy an empty trailer and, from there, construct their own tiny home. What began as a nothing more than a pile of wood, an empty trailer bed and a plan has become their dream home.

The basis of any good home is its foundation. Nicolette and Michael bought their foundation, empty, like a blank slate, just waiting for someone to write a beautiful story upon it. And that's just what they did.
The finished home has a sitting room featuring a cozy window seat perfect for culing up in and reading a good book. Shelves running from floor to ceiling provide plenty of space to store books and other supplies.
A fireplace holds the place of honor across from the couch. The couple can curl up together and watch movies on the television mounted on the wall while enjoying the fire.
The kitchen has a range, sink and a full-sized refrigerator. Even the wall space gets put to use with cups hanging from hooks.
Just beyond the kitchen is the bathroom with a barn door to close off the space. The bedroom is a loft built directly over the kitchen.
This tiny dream home even has its own office space. Plenty of windows within the house keep the inside bright, while the natural wood floors warm up the colors.

With the tiny house all finished and parked, Nicolette and Michael have decided that best things really do come in tiny packages – even homes.
