This tiny studio from Houseplans comes in at only 320 square feet (30 square meters).The home is entered through a door on the porch that leads to the kitchen, where there is just enough space to fit a dining room table. The bathroom is found in front of the kitchen; it has a large corner shower. Off to the right, the living/sleeping area takes up the remainder of the home.

Coming in at 841 square feet (78 square meters), this home from Architectural Designs has more than its fair share of curb appeal! The front door opens into a small formal foyer, to the left of which is a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. Pass through an archway at the back of the room to enter the dining room, which can be used to access the back deck. The kitchen and utility room are to the right of the dining room. Back in the foyer, a door on the right opens into the master suite. Luxurious touches here include a walk-in closet and a bedroom that features both a tub and a shower.

This one bedroom floor plan from Family Home Plans measures 448 square feet (42 square meters), and it's just perfect for a single person or a couple. The front door opens into the dining/living room, behind which is the kitchen. A bathroom with a tub is right across the hall from the kitchen, while the bedroom is in the back left corner. The bedroom is fairly small, but it still boasts a walk-in closet!
4. Quaint cottage with wraparound porch from ePlans.
Coming in at 613 square feet (57 square meters), this home from ePlans features a large fireplace and a wraparound deck. The front portion of the house includes the living room on the left and an L-shaped kitchen on the right. Behind the kitchen is a small foyer, which includes a coat closet as well as a laundry closet. This space also leads to the home's bathroom in the back right corner. The bedroom is found at the back left, and it includes a sizable closet.

This home from Architectural Designs comes in at a spacious 936 square feet (87 square meters), and it includes three bedrooms. The front door opens into the dining area. The kitchen is directly behind the dining room, and the living room is at the back. This entire space feels nice and spacious thanks to vaulted ceilings. Two bedrooms are located on the left side of the home; they share access to the bathroom here, and both have a built in desk. The master suite is on the right-hand side of the home, and it has a walk-through closet as well as a luxurious bathroom with a skylight.

Coming in at 950 square feet (88 square meters), this country home from ePlans has a large front porch and a cozy fireplace in the great room. An L-shaped kitchen and an eating nook are found right behind the great room. A hallway off to the left leads to a laundry closet, a bedroom, a linen closet, and a bathroom with a tub.
