Be delighted by the extraordinary bathtub inside a countryside container home

Built on a farm in Ireland, designer Patrick Bradley from PB Architects went all out when he constructed his stunning container home. Not content to create an average home, Bradley decided to combine his artistic nature and talent with an amazing location to build a house that doubles as a work of art. Made of four shipping containers, the home is set on pastoral land outside of Maghera, and the house features two beautiful stories.
Standout features of the home include a gravity-defying bathtub, floating staircase, and galley kitchen, along with plenty of animals grazing in Bradley's front yard! The laid back location along with the creativity and thought that went into the details of the home make this container home truly special! Before you head into the home, take note of the stairs located on the outside of the house. They lead to an upper floor balcony!

To create texture and give the home a unique look, Bradley layered these metal sheets over the outside of the top layer of containers. He added steel layers to the bottom containers.
The galley kitchen features modern appliances and dark cabinetry and drawers, proving a contrast to the lighter, brighter living space. A floor-to-ceiling glass door gives a great view to some friendly farm animals.
The simply stunning living and dining area is open space punctuated by amazing details, such as a pendant chandelier, picnic-style dining table, and lime green sofa. Even more, windows line both spaces for an airy feeling.
A floating steel staircase leads to the top level of containers that make up the second floor of the home.
The bedroom is housed behind a creative and clever glass sliding door! The room gives off stunning views to the outside.
In a most amazing display, the bathtub seems to suspend in mid-air, creating a gorgeous look in the bathroom.
Imagine looking outside to see these guys! Life on the farm looks relaxing, blissful, and euphoric!
