Created with eco-friendly materials, including low-voltage lights and energy-efficient appliances, the 1,920-square-foot (178 sq. m) house is cozy yet spacious. The living area stays warm in the winter with the help of a gas fireplace. Heated concrete floors make it less startling to walk barefoot around the house on a snowy day! The contemporary kitchen offers built-in, custom storage shelves that are open and visually appealing. Outfitted with the most modern appliances, the space is a chef's dream!
