Measuring 922 square feet (86 square meters), this design from House Plans is entered through a small mudroom that leads to the dining room ahead and the living room on the right. A small laundry room is attached to the dining area, as is the kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are found on the right-hand side of the home, and an additional bedroom with a walk-in closet is located upstairs.
2. Two-bedroom home with fireplace from Family Home Plans.
This cute little two bedroom house from Family Home Plans comes in at 757 square feet (70 square meters), and the bulk of the home is dedicated to an open plan dining area, great room, and kitchen with a breakfast bar. A bathroom that includes a small laundry area is located directly across from the kitchen, and two bedrooms are found at the back of the house.
3. Fairy tale cottage with large terrace from Architectural Designs.
This awesome floor plan from Architectural Designs measures 775 square feet (72 square meters), not including the large terrace off to the right. Enter the home through a small mudroom, and continue straight ahead to pass through the laundry room and gain access to two bedrooms and the bathroom. Off to the right, an open concept kitchen and great room with a fireplace provide plenty of space for the family to come together and socialize.

At only 300 square feet (28 square meters), this design from House Plans has just enough space to feel cozy without being cramped. The open living space that makes up most of the home has a lovely corner fireplace as well as a kitchenette and a sizable walk-in closet. The bathroom is found at the back of the house.

At 896 square feet (83 square meters), this home from Architectural Designs has a classic, simple layout that many will appreciate. Step up onto the covered porch and enter the house through the living room, and continue straight through to the eat-in kitchen. Pass a small half bath on the right, and a staircase on the left. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with a linen closet.

With its three good-sized bedrooms, it's little surprise that this design from ePlans comes in at 998 square feet (93 square meters). A cute little porch with a railing provides access to the living room, which is open to the dining room and the kitchen with an eating bar. All three bedrooms are found on the left, as is a full bathroom with a tub. Off to the right is the garage, which boasts an attached storage space that includes room for the water heater. A lovely patio space can be found out back.
