An open concept living room and eat-in kitchen can be found on the right side of the home; the kitchen area is located along the back wall.

This design from Family Home Plans comes in at 844 square feet (82 square meters), and it has plenty of curb appeal thanks to a charming front porch with a gazebo on the end. Anyone who enters the home is greeted by a small tiled area with a coat closet, and the living room is directly to the right. The dining room is behind the living room, and it boasts a charming bay window.The kitchen in the back right corner has a large pantry, and it provides access to the deck at the back.
