Prepare for all this compact home has to offer, including a very spacious bedroom

Eastern Tennessee, close to North Carolina (east of Knoxville), is the home of the Incredible Tiny Homes company, makers of this delightful house on wheels called Steel Elegance.
Randy Jones, the main builder and owner of Incredible Tiny Houses, is actually quite proud of their pricing. As he told Smaller Living, "my opinion is that the tiny home industry is overpriced and confusing for the buyers. Here at ITH we have made this process inexpensive and simple as it should be with any structure of this size." Incredible Tiny Homes also offers a come-and-build-your-own home workshop. After a week, costumers leave with a tiny house of their own "for less than what you can buy the materials for from the tiny home builders in the industry," Jones added.

Steel Elegance is a truly compact model, 16-feet long with a base price of $25,000. The base model features a 16-feet long dual axle trailer, brakes on all four wheels, and residential amenities, such as 3/4 inch hardwood flooring, white pine tongue-and-groove walls and ceiling, a ceiling fan and all vinyl windows.
Let's see what else the Steel Elegance has to offer. Scroll through a quick tour and discover a home that, like any home, is more than just the sum of its parts.
You can see this home has plenty of ceiling height, but the ceiling is also very handsome with the natural wood contrasting well with the white walls.
And here's the view from above -- from the bedroom loft. The sitting nook is stylish and cozy.
And welcoming. What makes this room shine are the windows -- that's a generous amount of glass for one small space.
These are relatively steep stairs, but that's a very common style in tiny homes, where space is such a critical factor. These ones also offer many storage options.
Here's a closer view of the ceiling. The windows that line the both sides of the house offer plenty of light and cross-ventilation.
A view from the stairs. That huge quilt is inviting and decorative.
This is usually a busy spot, right between the stove and the kitchen sink.
Sliding doors are space savers in tiny homes. The don't open into the middle of a room, where space is already at a premium.
This complete bathroom makes use of every square inch, especially with that handy set of shelves for linens.
