Coming in at 751 square feet (70 square meters), this home from ePlans sits above a three car garage. A staircase in the back left corner of the garage leads up into the house, and a bathroom with a tub is at the top of the stairs. A linen closet is found here as well, and there is a coat closet right around the corner. A spacious living room takes up the center of the home, and the eat-in kitchen is off to the left. The bedroom is on the far right, and it includes a large closet.
