Measuring only 216 square feet (20 square meters), this floor plan from Architectural Designs uses the space as efficiently as possible by putting all the living space in one big room. A vaulted ceiling makes the home feel larger than it actually is. The kitchen has a mini fridge and a two bedroom cooktop, while a wet room serves as the bathroom in the back left corner of the home.

Measuring an astonishing 98 square feet (9 square meters), this teensy tiny design from Houseplans is about as small as you can go! An open concept great room and kitchen take up most of the main floor of the home, while a tiny bathroom is tucked away on the far left. A cozy sleeping loft is located above the kitchen, and cathedral ceilings and a skylight ensure that the bed doesn't feel cramped.
3. Tiny English cottage from Floorplans.
This adorable little cottage from Floorplans measures exactly 300 square feet (28 square meters), and it goes to show that tiny living can still be luxurious. A fireplace will keep the home warm all year round, and a box bay window makes for a cozy spot to curl up with a book. Other fancy touches include a walk-in closet right off the kitchen, a large shower in the bathroom, and lovely vaulted ceilings throughout the main living area.
4. Cozy country home with wood stove from Family Home Plans.
Coming in right at 300 square feet (28 square meters), this design from Family Home Plans is entered through a covered veranda that provides a little bit of extra living space. Inside the home, a studio-style great room with a cozy wood stove is large enough to fit a bed, a couch, and perhaps a small desk or table. The kitchen on the left-hand side contains everything you'd need to whip up a meal, and it leads to a small bathroom with a corner shower.
5. Tiny cottage with dressing room from Architectural Designs.
This little rustic cabin from Architectural Designs is 242 square feet (22 square meters), not including the sizable covered porch. Most of the first floor is taken up by a single living space that gives you the flexibility to use it as you choose. A bathroom with a tub is also found on this floor; this is where the closet and dressing room are. Upstairs is a cozy sleeping loft that will be loved by children and adults alike!

Seen on Houseplans, this special design from the Tumbleweed Tiny House Company measures 261 square feet (24 square meters). Enter the home through the front porch, which leads into a great room with a very small fireplace. The kitchen is behind the great room on the right, and it features a dishwasher, a full-size range with an oven, and a built-in microwave. A bathroom with a tub is right beside the kitchen, and the sleeping loft upstairs is accessed by a ladder.
