Not much later, in April 2016, the entrepreneur launched Prindiville Marine to enable other Londoners to reap the benefits of a floating abode.

A 60-by-12-foot (18.29-by-3.66-meter) Sheffield Keel hull awaits adventurous apartment hunters. So far, Prindiville Marine has built and sold four boats like this one and the company aims to complete another 15 by the end of the year.

The houseboat comes with full electrical installation and central heating too. So lie back in that spacious couch and enjoy the soothing melody of the outside waters.
Alternatively, you can make yourself at home in the master bedroom. A widescreen TV awaits and there's even a desk if you feel like catching up on a bit of work.
Or you can opt for settle into bedroom number two. This one is more compact, but seems to be quite generous when it comes to storage.
Here are some of the shelves in the second bedroom, just waiting to be filled with your belongings.
Right at the very end of the Prindiville floating manor, we find the bathroom. If your mooring allows it, running hot and cold water will be installed without any issues.
The bathroom comes with a double shower, toilet and sink. Water is supplied into the boat through a tank, conveniently hidden away at the vessel's front area.
