Want to see what the Alpha hype is all about? Come and join us in a tiny house tour that will make you eager to explore new horizons.
This majestic tiny house on wheels relies on a unique blend of materials for its wholesome, contemporary design. The siding is made with Shou Sugi Ban (Japanese Charred Cedar) and Red Western Cedar; the roof is of mechanical seam; the custom drop-down deck and awning are aluminum framed; and the windows are made with tempered insulated glass.
This is what the tiny house looks like with the deck area hidden away. New Frontier Tiny Homes boasts that with its sturdy roof, rain screen, insulation and moisture barrier, the Alpha could seamlessly keep you warm and dry even if you were living at the bottom of the ocean.
The Alpha's interiors are simply breathtaking. A care for sustainability is on display right as you step inside the Alpha, as its walls and ceiling are made with reclaimed barn wood.
Among its array of interesting features, this tiny house has an 8-by-8-foot (2.4-by-2.4-meter) custom built garage door on one side, and an 8-by-9-foot (2.4-by-2.7-meter) sliding door on the other.
If you shift your attention to the ceiling, you will see that the Alpha has ample lighting fixtures in place. This is very much deliberate. The New Frontier Tiny Homes team pay a great deal of attention to interior lighting in their creations, claiming that it "makes all the difference in utility and especially in the look and feel of the design."
Right in front of us is the kitchen area, which we will now explore in more detail.
Solid hand-carved walnut hardwood floors, a granite counter top, and stainless steel kitchen sink and shelving are just some of the various qualities of this stylish and functional kitchen.
Potted plants and subway tiles provide a fresh feel to this area of the house, and its clever storage space makes the area that much more interesting. You can probably see the fridge and stove top easily enough, but can you spot the dishwasher in this picture?
There it is! Right next to the sink. Pretty neat, huh?
Needless to say, New Frontier Tiny Homes is serious about investing in their tiny houses' facilities. If you're not convinced yet, just take a look at the 5-burner induction stove top right in front of you - that is definitely a first-rate addition that makes this kitchen stand out from the rest.
The Alpha's kitchen also comes with a convection toaster oven, stainless steel hood, and a propane tank-less water heater.
Before we head to the other rooms, we have to show you the dining table. Take a look at the next few pictures:
Here is the CEO and Founder of New Frontier Tiny Homes, David Latimer, dismantling the stairs by the kitchen. Incidentally, this is also where the ladder for the sleeping loft can be kept if you need to some extra space in the living room.
Wait for it...
And voila! From living room to dining area in just a few steps.
Now that we've unveiled some of the Alpha's secrets, let's return to its essential details. Straight ahead, you can see the sleeping loft and the bathroom. We'll finish exploring the lower level first before heading upstairs.
Gotta love those shelves adorning the living area.  Practical AND visually appealing - what more could anyone ask for?
In case you haven't noticed, the Alpha tiny house appeals to various motifs. For example, you will find the same granite countertop and subway tiles in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
Among the incredible amenities you will find in this room are a full-size Jacuzzi tub and shower, a washer-dryer, a composting toilet, and antique bathroom mirrors.
Here is a closer look at the spacious tub.  As with all other areas of this house, it's the interesting contrasting features that really make this space glimmer with grace.
Keeping things nice and practical, there is plenty of shelving in the bathroom for towels and necessities. Hidden from view is the fact that the sliding door actually comes with a full-length mirror.
Let's wrap up our tiny tour with a look inside the sleeping loft. A king-size memory foam mattress engulfs this room with comfort, and sustainable themes continue to prevail in the snugly area. In fact, shelving in both this area and the living room are made with reclaimed wooden materials.
